How to manage failed payments in Dataslayer

If your Dataslayer auto-renewal payment has failed (i.e. because you have insufficient funds, your credit card has expired or the issuing bank declined it...), please review the inbox (or spam folder) of the email that paid the subscription. We probably have sent you an email with a link to directly update your card details and pay the subscription, so you can renew it.

Take into account that, if you suddenly are on a free plan, it may be due because your payment has failed.
