How to manage failed payments in Dataslayer

If your upgrade or auto-renewal has failed (i.e. because you have insufficient funds, your credit card has expired or the issuing bank declined it...), don't be overwhelmed! In this article we explain step by step what you have to do to enjoy your Dataslayer plan again.

Take into account that, if you suddenly are on a free plan, it may be due because your payment has failed.

You can access the link to renew your subscription in two different ways:
Through our website.
Through the email you will have received.

Dataslayer Web

First, log in to our website with the email that paid the subscription.

Go to "My Subscriptions" section and you will see a warning note that your subscription payment has failed, click on "Manage plan" on the product that has failed.

Once in the product, click on the "here" of the warning note to access the payment link.

Once in the payment link, fill in the card details with which you want to pay again your subscription and that's it! Your plan will be successfully renewed.

Email

Please review the inbox (or spam folder) of the email that paid the subscription or of the Billing contact email in case you have this field filled in. We probably have sent you an email with a link to directly update your card details and pay the subscription, so you can renew it.

You will receive an email similar to the following:

Once click one the payment link, fill in the card details with which you want to pay again your subscription and done! Your plan will be successfully renewed.

Once the payment is done, you will be able to enjoy again your Dataslayer Plan automatically.

If you have not received an email from us to update your card details and renew your subscription, or if the payment link on our website fails, please contact us to info@dataslayer.ai or via our live chat on our website.

As always, please contact us via our live chat on our website or via email if you still have doubts or questions. We are happy to help!
