How to monitor all your scheduled refreshes

The schedule refresh helps us save lots of time keeping all our marketing data updated, but did you know you can also monitor your schedules from our website?

This feature in the Dataslayer web allows you to easily control all the scheduled updates of your Dataslayer queries, and it also allows you to access your Google Sheets documents easily.

It is as easy as following these steps:

Log in on Dataslayer website.

Once logged in, click on My GS Schedules at the top menu.

If you are in a Company and have an Owner or Admin role, you will be able to see the schedules of all the company members

What can I do from this page?

You will be able to see all the schedules you have created.

In case you are in a Company and have an Owner or Admin role, you will be able to see the schedules of the all company members.

You will be able to:

See in which document you can find the schedule

Open directly the document where the schedule is

See the type of refresh that you have (daily, weekly, monthly, …)

See in which sheets the schedule is set

See the last execution time

See when it was created

Delete the schedule refresh. You will receive a confirmation message for this action.

Note that this action WILL NOT delete the schedule on Google Sheets. If you have not previously deleted the schedule on Google Sheets and it executes again, it will reappear on our website.

You can only delete your own schedules. Even if you are the Owner or Admin of a company you can ONLY delete schedules created by you.

As always, please contact us via our live chat on our website or via email if you still have doubts or questions. We are happy to help!
