What happen if I don’t have a valid Tax ID?
When you are going to fill in all the boxes on “Billing info”, all the mandatory fields (in red) must be filled in. You can left a box in blank, but if you do it, a 21% VAT will be charged. How to manage failed payments in Dataslayer
If your Dataslayer auto-renewal payment has failed (i.e. because you have insufficient funds, your credit card has expired or the issuing bank declined it...), please review the inbox (or spam folder) of the email that paid the subscription.
