"Service timed out: Spreadsheets" - Why it happens and how to fix it
Have you ever received this error when making queries in Google Sheets?
Don't worry, here's what causes it and how to fix it.
Why does this error happen?
This error comes directly from the Google Sheets servers, not from Dataslayer. It usually happens when the Google server has to do a lot of calculations, and fails to insert the data or process the document, either because it is a very large document, because there are many formulas in the document, very large queries, many sheets, etc.
How can I solve it?
To solve it, you have to minimise the processing load as much as possible.
To do this, we recommend that you make your query on a new empty sheet or in a new document, so that Google can correctly process and insert the data sent by Dataslayer into your sheet.
