In this article, we will guide you through the steps required to transfer ownership, ensuring that all subscription information and billing details are transferred to the new owner, while the previous owner retains a regular user role within the company.

How to change the Owner

Log in to the Dataslayer website.



Go to My Company section.



Click on the Convert to owner icon at the right of the user you want to be the owner.



Confirm the changes.

Take into account when changing a Company owner:

Only the current owner can change the Company ownership.

All subscriptions and billing data will be transferred to the new owner.

The current owner will become a standard user of the company.
